The hotel was very clean and tidy. I had a great room on floor 16 with a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable.
I found the service poor. The room I received did not match my reservation. There was no interest in solving the problem. The sauna and swimming pool required reservations, but were always occupied.

the breakfast was acceptable with a good selection. there was variety, but nothing stood out.
i wasn't told about the building work before arrival. the bathroom lacked privacy, it had a glass wall, and was not ideal.
